ARTICLE 1 – RETURN PROCEDURE

You have 14 days after receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 7 days.

The refund will be processed using the same method of payment as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to use another method of payment and as long as the refund does not incur any costs for the consumer. To do so :

Contact the customer service by notifying the number of your order, your full name and the subject of your request
Send a photo of the product (in full)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
The return must be sent with a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
Do not return your item to our warehouse listed on your parcel slip, wait for the response from customer service with the address corresponding to the returns.

ARTICLE 2 – REFUND PROCEDURE (IF APPLICABLE)

Your item will be evaluated upon receipt of your package by our services.
In case of malfunction you will receive a letter from the customer service asking you to choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within 8 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method (processing times by your bank are beyond our control).
Once a request for an exchange of an item is initiated, it is no longer possible to request a refund.

ARTICLE 3 – Reasons for which we refuse a request for reimbursement.

Used product with traces of wear or damage.
Your order has been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email.
The processing time varies between 48 and 96 hours before shipping depending on the number of orders in progress, we do our best to reduce it… If the package is in transit, it is not possible to request a refund. If, by misfortune, your package is not delivered within 60 days, you will be fully refunded.
If the return procedure has not been respected (article 1)
If the product ordered is personalised, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of the product as it is unusable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is made.
